Flat in 50129 FIRENZE, Italy
Our flat is in the hearth of Florence, 10 min walking to the Duomo and 7 min to the main railway station. Top floor (lift only till the floor below) and large terrace with barbecue on the front side. An other smaller terrace on the back side. Facilities: Digital TV, DVD, PC + Internet, dishwasher, washing machine, drying room in the penthouse, air conditioning in the master bedroom. We have a rented car place in public parking (Parterre, Piazza della Libertà), ten minutes away, available for one guest car.

Om familien
We are a couple, my husband Gabriele is an architect, I am a teacher in the secondary school. I am 64 years old and he is 66. We like to exchange home because we can discover a place in a very authentic way: we love "being inhabitants" instead of being tourists.
We are keen on art and classical music both.
