We are on a small court in a beautiful, country neighborhood, the end unit of 4 one-level apartments. Both trees and open space surround the home. Two bedrooms, one bath, with a king bed plus optional twin and double beds. Relaxing seating areas on front porch and back deck, and hammocks which can be hung up in trees. Large flat screen with recliner loveseat, surround sound, great internet access.

Our home has a spacious living room, study with long desk space for 2, laundry in the hallway, full bathroom with tub and shower, heat and air conditioning, and well water. The house is all electric.

The master bedroom and kitchen have sliding glass doors which open into the heated and cooled sun room (our favorite space!) which can be closed and curtained as a separate space with a double bed. It's a pullout sofa, but we find it is more comfortable to set up the mattress on the floor. There's plenty of space.

Optionally, or additionally, a regular twin mattress can be set up in the sun room or study.

The kitchen has a full refrigerator, dishwasher, flattop stove and oven, microwave, and double sink.

We have 2 kayaks and a canoe that can be used on the lake at Cane Creek Park 4 miles away.
