A nice flat close to the water and near Stockholm.

A large 3-room apartment with balconies in two directions and a conservatory near the sea. There is a lake view from the balconies. There is a bathing island a few minutes from the apartment where you can sunbathe and swim. At the harbor near the apartment there are archipelago boats that go out into the archipelago and into central Stockholm. If you want to take the train to the city, there is a tram 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
