Our 'Schönbrunn' apartment is small but well-structured and ideally located for your convenient stay in Vienna.

The bright and quiet flat with a clever layout, making the most of its 40 m2.,faces south-east, with views of the garden and trees. The living room has large French windows and a fireplace. From there you can access the bedroom with a comfortable bed, sleeping 2 (140x200 cm). For additional guests, our Bruno sofa in the living room can be turned into another comfortable bed for 2 (160x200 cm).The new kitchen is separate from the living room. Accessed from the hall, the bathroom with a bath-tub and wash basin is separate from the toilet with a Geberit bidet system.

Our apartment is located in the Avenue 'Schönbrunner Allee', lined by trees that are 200 years old.You can start your day by walking up the avenue 15 minutes to the entrance of the beautiful historic Park of Schloss Schönbrunn, continue for another 5 minutes and take in the amazing views across Vienna from 'Gloriette'.

From the apartment, you can reach the city center easily by bus or tram (line 62 directly to Vienna state opera, 30 minutes). By nearby train station 'Hetzendorf' you can easily reach main railway stations to connect to regional, national and international rail (eg. 9 minutes by regional train to Vienna main station, 10 minutes by tram to railway station Meidling).

Later on, you can have lunch or dinner at our local Italian restaurant in Tiziano just across the street.

Vienna has an excellent transportation system, easy to navigate and safe. Vienna is also well connected by train (from and to all directions) and an international airport. It is easy to reach other major Austrian and international cities by direct trains, such as
Linz (1,25 hours)
Salzburg (2,5 hours),
Graz (2,5 hours),
Innsbruck (4 hours by highspeed Railjet),
Bratislava (1 hour by train or speed boat),
Budapest (2,5 hours),
Prague (4 hours), or
Venice Santa Lucia Station, directly on Canale Grande (7 hours).

Places you have to visit :) (all reachable by public transport)

-"Wachau" with its medieval towns (UNESCO heritage), vine-yards and great views of the Danube (1 hour by train)
-Vienna Alps for great scenery and walking (Schneeberg, Semmering, Rax, Hohe Wand etc.), (about 1 to 1,5 hours)
-"Neusiedlersee" (big lake in Burgenland, famous for sailing, cycling and winery) (1 hour to Neusiedl/See)
- "Salzkammergut" lake district (3 hours)
