Modern home in Silicon Valley in the heart of San Francisco Bay area
What guests will love the most about Northern California is the weather!!
Our home is a California ranch, one story, 2400 sf. (225 sq. meters) in the heart of Silicon Valley located in Willow Glen.
You enter the home thru a lovely courtyard.
The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and 2 with queen beds. The 4th bedroom we use as an office which has a queen size sofa bed. We also have a crib which can be set up.
It has 2 full baths and 1 half bath and a laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The living room, family room and dining room are spacious, comfortable and decorated with art and sculpture from
our travels.
We have a fully equipped kitchen with filtered water, side by side refrigerator/freezer, convection oven & microwave.
We have all the contemporary amenities of modern life including 2 televisions with Netflix and amazon prime video and high speed wireless internet access.
Our beautiful outdoor living space is a plus with a sofa, fire pit, dining table, bbq and a vegetable garden.

We live in a safe, quiet suburban neighborhood.
It is a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to grocery stores, park, theaters, restaurants and outdoor markets.
With convenient access to freeways it is easy to get to San Francisco, California beaches, wine country, Sierra Nevada mountains and more. We also have lots of hiking and biking trails nearby.
Our home is an ideal location for exploring all of California.

We have been happily married for over 40 years.
We have 2 grown children and 2 grandchildren who live in the UK.
We are 70+ and enjoy tennis, pickle ball, hiking, skiing and surfing.
We are also avid readers and love going to the market, cooking and dining out. Especially since we get wonder fresh produce and seafood.
We have traveled all over the world and especially like Europe,
Our last exchange was 2013 in Provence for 2 1/2 months and we are ready to start exchanging again since we are now fully retired.
