Flat in Vienna, Austria
Our apartment is situated in a newly built area on the former Nordbahnhof (northern railway station) area in the 2nd district of Vienna. It is situated on the 4th floor, very quiet, it has around 70m2 and a balcony. Nearby are many children playgrounds. In addition, a large park, the Prater, is closeby as well as nice restaurents, food markets, cafes and restaurants.
The suburban train and subway U1 are within a 13min walk, two tram lines are within 1min walk, a second one within 5min. It takes around 15 to 20min to go the city centre.
We are looking for a 2 to 3 weeks exchange, during the first two weeks of July or for three weeks during August, but the whole of July and August would be possible as well.

The flat lies in a very quiet neighbourhood, close to a small park and the Danube river. It takes around 15 - 20min to go to the city centre of Vienna via tramway, regional train or bike.

Es war wunderbar, mitten in einem Altstadtviertel von Wien gelegen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr groß. Und unser Tauschpartner war sehr flexibel.
