House by the sea in Dublin, Ireland

We are currently looking for a swap for July/ late August to Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, France, Spain or the Netherlands for Summer 2025. Our home is located 5 minutes walk from Killiney beach and half an hour by train from Dublin's city centre. Downstairs consists of the sitting room with a flat-screen TV/DVD player and cable TV service. The kitchen has all the usual domestic appliances. The garden is south facing and gets lots of sunshine. You can sit here and have dinner or tea on the patio or simply relax in the shade under the apple trees. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a shower and bath. There are also 2 bedrooms. The attic has been converted into a third bedroom. Internet access is available throughout the house via high speed wi-fi.
