Family flat in the very centre of Berlin
We exchange our flat with whoever wants to experience Berlin's most urban districts Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte from the doorstep! Our flat is located right in front of Zionskirche, a beautiful church surrounded by a spacious green. We live with our five children on a single floor which is about 160 square metres in size. The flat itself is divided into the very sunny front part with a unique combination of kitchen, living/cinema room and adult sleeping/office room, all facing Zionskirche - and a rear part with the four children's rooms, cosy and quiet. The front part has a small balcony with just enough space for up to four people to enjoy warm summer nights only two floors above the chattering of the café's visitors below. Our guests are welcome to use our home hifi system (Sonos in almost all rooms), dolby surround home cinema, high-speed internet (WLAN), well-equipped kitchen (kitchen aid helpers, coffee-lover espresso, ...), washing machine and tumble dryer, and musical instruments (piano, e-piano, guitars, drums). There are two bathrooms, one with a very large pool-like bath tub.
In terms of beds, there is a 2x2m bed and a large guest couch (1 person) in the front part of the flat, three of the children's rooms have a one-and-a-half person wide loft bed (1-2 persons each), the other children's room has two single beds, all as loft beds approx. 2 meters high. Additionally, there are two full-sized futon mattresses to be used wherever you want to put them.
