Small, cozy appartement on the green outskirts of Salzburg

Our appartement is located in the south of the city of Salzburg, 5 minutes from the city limits. Nature experiences in the immediate vicinity: rivers, lakes, gorges, mountains.
On 75 m2 you find the kitchen with a dining table, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, and the living room. The master bedroom is not a separeted room (passage room), but a curtain gives a cosy feeling. The wintergarden is used aswell as children room and the sofa in the wintergarden can be used as single bed (it s said tob e very comfortable 😉.
Public transport (train and bus) 5 minutes walk away, airport 20 minutes drive.
There is a large playground 15 minutes walk away, but the garden also offers entertainment for young and old (sandpit, gas grill, berries, herbs and vegetables).
